stay off of my facebook, e-mail accounts and away from my job. you are in direct violation of United States Law.

I am still waiting to see Carrie K’s subpoena. I would also like to see the subpoena where you have the right to block my phone calls.

I am currently seeking asylum away from the united states of america. I am also owed around 700 Million United States Dollars.

I have been kept from my house since January 10th 2012 by the city government of Denver Colorado while all of my possession were removed from my house by criminals (This includes 2 copies of the Last will and Testament of Susan L. Bailey and all instruments I.E. The Susan L. Bailey Revocable Trust.). Criminals with past records of this same behavior. All of my possessions have been reported stolen in some form or another including phone calls to the Denver DA’s office and police.

To the following parties: David E. Bailey and his family, including his new married family, Anne E. Auld, Jason Auld, Michelle K. Bailey, Tim Root, the Monarch Mills HOA board and some Monarch Mills Residents, Heather Somerville, HMP, and the Denver Police Department including members of D.A.R.T. 

FELONY:  Theft (18-4-401),    Theft by receiving (18-4-410)

You will be charged with felony theft if you have taken any possessions belonging to Nicholas Bailey out of the residence of 1475 Delgany st #208, since January of 2010. This will also include the recent Lockout and self-help eviction that has been reported to the Denver District Attorney’s office along with the Denver FBI. It will also include trespassing, and property destruction, theft of personal and confidential information.

I also reserve the right to seek entry on my own now according to Colorado eviction law.  In no way was the property abandoned.

“B. In Event of a Lockout Any form of self-help by a landlord, including locking a tenant out of the premises, is not permissible. Actions such as physical contact or intimidation should be reported to the police. If a tenant is locked out, the tenant may not force their way back into the premises. I would like all my personal possessions returned to my mother’s physical property address. This also includes any Memory cards, Compact Discs,  personal letters (8 hand written letters from David E. Bailey addressed to Nicholas Bailey), 2 copies of her will, The original Deed along with the quick claim deed, all financial documents, 5 suitcases full of clothing, Remains of Susan L. Bailey, Shoes, Tools, Furniture, Electronics, Art, Bicycle, Etc..

I would also like all of the properties that were in the name of Susan L. Bailey when she passed returned or inserted into her estate trust if they never made it there the first time. Soon this will also include bank accounts, stocks, and all other  personal property.

I am also seeking immediate restitution for all damages to the physical property, this includes missing and damaged personal property.

(If the FBI and the Denver Police will not uphold the law, then I do have the right to.)

I would like to see the subpoena where it gave Carrie K. permission to take/change/remove private and confidential information off of my Hotmail account. I would also like to press charges against her for tampering with that information. I believe some of it was in a draft form and sent to the Denver Police through an email.

To the U.S. Department of State,
 
Yesterday 12/16/2011, I submitted a short simple message on your web form. I am seeking Asylum. I requested a person translator. I even gave you a web form conformation number from the Central Intelligence Agency. I expected to be contacted by now.
 
The city of Denver, the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the Department of Justice, and the DOD have had me under surveillance and have repeatedly ignored my attempts to get help.

Those are terrorist gestures to and American citizen. My mother Susan L. Bailey (Susan L. Storla) was also an American citizen, born in Colorado December 26th 1948.

The NSA, and the CIA both have my home address, **** ******* ** ****** **, *****.
You have 92 minutes from now to find **** ***, pick up myself and escort us to a ******* *******.

I have live through the oppression of the United States Government far longer then I ever imagined.  I am being x-rayed daily, there are lasers being used to monitor me,  into my home address.

The Denver public Library has been rerouted to Texas and to California.
I have been e-mailing the FBI and Central Intelligence Agency since Feb 22nd 2011 trying to report crimes. it seems the more crimes I report the more I learn about and nothing has been done. (I have a whole list of web form conformation numbers)
